The SMARC-sXBTi Computer-on-Modules have been developed in compliance with the SGET specification and equipped with Intel® Quark™ X1000 series processors, as well as up to 1 GB DDR3 RAM, with the option of ECC. They support the extended temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C and measure only 82 mm x 50 mm. Other interfaces include 2x 10/100 MBit Ethernet LAN (1x via AFB signals), 1x USB 2.0 Client und 2x USB 2.0 Host. Customer-specific upgrades can be implemented via SDIO and 2x PCIe and 2x serial.

They support the extended temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C and measure only 82 mm x 50 mm. Other interfaces include 2x 10/100 MBit Ethernet LAN (1x via AFB signals), 1x USB 2.0 Client und 2x USB 2.0 Host. Customer-specific upgrades can be implemented via SDIO and 2x PCIe and 2x serial. The power supply is only 3V- 5.25 V.
